HOMEstart is a division of Property Brokerage and Loans, Inc. and has corporate headquarters in San Diego, CA. Property Brokerage and Loans was founded in April 2003 and has spent the last six years working towards providing turnkey, loan modifications for both residential and commercial properties. HOMEstart became a division of Property Brokerage and Loans in August 2008 to focus entirely on mortgage loan modifications.

HOMEstart processes loan modifications throughout the country on a wholesale level acting as agents for mortgage companies, real estate companies and law firms. This represents the majority of HOMEstart mortgage loan modifications. HOMEstart, because of its recognized prominence, performs individual mortgage loan modifications for retail clients throughout the nation.
